11 Core School Rules & Guidelines for Guardians
Official School Rules
- Daily Diary: Every student should carry Diary to School daily.
- Punctual Arrival: Students who come to the school on their own, should arrive at the school 5 minutes before the bell rings.
- Assembly Discipline: The morning bell before assembly is a signal for all to go to their respective classrooms promptly and in silence.
- Orderly Movement: Changing classrooms between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
- Personal Hygiene & Attire: Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniforms should be worn on all working days.
- Care of School Property: Care must be taken of all school property and students should not scratch or spoil desks or charts, or damage school furniture by writing or drawing anything on the walls or damaging others' belongings. Damage done must be reported at once to class teacher or Headmistress and made good by the one who does it.
- No Valuables: It is not advisable to bring valuable articles to the school.
- Expulsion Right: The school reserves the right to suspend/expel students whose conduct is harmful to other students.
- Academic Continuance: A child who fails twice in three years will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in school.
- Identification: The name, class and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all woollens and belongings of the students.
- Outside Vendors: Students are not permitted to buy eatables from vendors outside the school gate.
Guardians to Please Note
- Wherever you correspond with the school about your child, kindly quote full name, class and section.
- All official communication should be addressed to the Principal.
- Guardians are requested to read the contents of the school diary carefully and abide by the rules laid down by the school.
- No child will be allowed to leave premises before school gets over unless permission has been granted in writing a day before.
- Parents/Guardians are not to enter classrooms either to meet their wards or seek interviews; interviews must be arranged through the Principal only.
- Parents are requested to co-operate with the school by paying attention to homework regularly, discipline, proper uniform, prescribed textbooks, and stationery items.
- Private Tuition Ban: Parents are requested not to pester school teachers to take private tuition. The school does not allow its teachers to take private tuition. A student found taking private tuition from a teacher of this school is liable to be rusticated.
- Timely Fee Deposit: Parents should ensure timely deposit of fee to avoid payment of fine and inconvenience. Fees can be deposited during school hours.
- Visiting Hours: Visiting hours to meet Principal/Teachers are between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on all working days.
